Duke Dumont

Origin: London, England, UK 🇬🇧
Genre / Subgenres: Electronic / Deep house, Tech house

Duke Dumont has been on the decks professionally for almost 20 years now, and is known for shaping the wave of sleek, glossy house music that became all the rage in the 2010s. "Need U (100%)" was his breakthrough hit in the UK, which reached the top of the charts and also earned him a Grammy nomination for Best Dance Recording. Soon after that, he was dropping more and more singles. This made him more accessible to pop audiences and established his club credibility. If you really want to feel something, throw on "Ocean Drive" and go for a cruise late at night. His music fits that type of mood and feels so right when the sun goes down.

Performing: Sunday

Geese

Origin: Brooklyn, New York, USA 🇺🇸
Genre / Subgenres: Rock / Experimental rock, Indie rock, Post-punk

Admittedly, I didn't understand the hype around Geese's most recent album (Getting Killed) upon first listen, but it honestly got better with every listen and ended up being one of the best albums of 2025. They take huge leaps into experimental rock, have sharp musicianship, and show off art-rock theatrics. The group of high school friends has been together for a decade, but didn't see major success until Getting Killed reached universal acclaim due to its introspection and emotionally raw atmosphere. Jagged guitars, tight rhythms, and wiry basslines are what make up the bulk of their sound, and they're not afraid to collide genres. So don't worry if it's just noise to you at first. Let it simmer, and you might find something intriguing to latch on to.

Performing: Saturday
Stage Prediction: Outdoor Theatre
For Fans of: Black Midi, Parquet Courts, Squid
Rating: ★★★★
Ratings are on a 5-star scale
