Growing up in South Korea, underground electronic music wasn't easily accessible to Youna, but once she took her whole life and moved to Dubai, she was surrounded by it. The house and techno culture of the Middle East has been a heavy influence on the sounds she creates today, which she has self-taught by utilizing online resources and exposing herself to club culture. Her music packs quite the punch and feels journey-driven due to forward-moving basslines and clean, modern drum patterns.
